Personal service
We are a small company run by an experienced artist. This
means that if you have any questions or problems, they can
be answered quickly and with genuine care for our
customers.
Where are we?
We are based in delightful West Lancashire in the hills on the edge of the
Lancashire coastal plain in the UK.
What you get from us
Prints on fine art paper or canvas produced using the
highest technology art printing process called giclée
printing. The prints are produced to the size of the
original painting so that you enjoy the pictures as the
artist intended them to be seen. However, in some
cases you have the option of a smaller size.
We send all prints on approval. If for any reason you are not happy with your
print, just post it back to us, undamaged, within seven days, and we will refund
the cost of the print. Details of how to do this will be included in your
parcel.
The prints are posted to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
There is a post and packing charge of £6.00. (For larger
quantities please contact us for details.)
Due to the difficulties of sending glass by mail
we regret that we don't frame the pictures for you.
A good local framer will be able to advise you on
which framing method will best suit your print.
Along with your print we send you a
Certificate of Authenticity with a printed
description of the painting.
What is giclée?
Giclée printing is a form of ink-jet printing, but is not
the same as a standard desktop inkjet printing onto plain
paper, and bears no resemblance to colour photocopying.
Specialist digital printers are used to produce our
prints, the same as are used to produce prints for the
finest galleries and museums. In addition, high quality
art papers and canvas and long-lasting inks are used with
a light-fastness life, according to the manufacturers, of over 75 years. So your print
won't be turning blue on your wall after a few years! (However, as with any
original painting or print, we do not recommend that you hang it in direct
sunlight).
Sizes of prints
All measurements refer to the image size and show
the height followed by the width.
How long does it take?
After you make payment please allow approximately
15 working days before we dispatch your prints.
What happens if I want lots of prints?
Please contact us with details of what
you want and your telephone number and we will
telephone or email you as you require to discuss how to meet your
requirements.
